How to embed Substack newsletter archive in Carrd site

In this guide, we cover how you can embed Substack newsletter archive in a Carrd site.

You will need a Pro subscription to be able to embed widgets.

Steps

  1. Create an account with Stackblocks

    Sign up with your email to get a magic login link. Click that link in the email and you are logged in to the app.

  2. Setup and Customise

    Setup your newsletter by giving us the Substack newsletter URL.

    Click on the Add button to finish.

    You can customise how the embed would look with the options on the left.

  3. Copy the code to embed

    Click on the Embed Code button which is on the bottom left of the dashboard, and go the Carrd tab in the modal that's open.

  4. Add a Widget in Carrd builder

    Go to the builder and click on Add Element. Then click on Widget. Change the type to iFrame and paste the URL you've copied in the previous step.
