- Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
- We offer a 5-day refund window from the date of payment
- If you cancel your subscription within the first 5 days of your billing cycle, you will receive a full refund
- No refunds will be issued for partial months of service
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the entire year
- We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of payment
- If you cancel your annual subscription within the first 14 days, you will receive a full refund
- For cancellations after 14 days, we offer pro-rated refunds based on the following calculation:
- (Months Remaining / 12) × Annual Subscription Price
